I am based in Suffolk, near Bury St Edmunds, where I offer private, confidential in-person counselling. I also work online and occasionally by telephone.
I work with individual adults aged 18 and over.
Sessions are 50 minutes and usually once a week, on the same day and at the same time. However, it is possible to meet more or less frequently depending on your needs and your ability to attend.
There is no need to pre-book a number of sessions - we take it week by week and you can of course end counselling at any time.
